Secure Correct manages the organisation behind your fire and security systems. We schedule maintenance, coordinate contractors, store documentation, track remedials and ensure nothing gets missed. We don’t install or maintain systems ourselves, we oversee the entire process to keep your business organised, compliant and stress-free.
Do you replace our contractors?
No. You can keep your existing providers.
If needed, we can help you source accredited contractors, but we do not replace or compete with them.
Are you responsible for compliance?
We support your compliance by managing systems, documentation and communication. However, legal responsibility remains with the duty holder/responsible person for the premises. Our role is to make compliance easier, clearer and correctly managed.

How do you charge for your service?

Do you support multi-site businesses or portfolios?
Yes. We can manage multiple sites under one account and offer tailored packages for estates, landlords and property groups.
Do you carry out site visits?
Yes. Site visits can be included in your package or arranged as needed for surveys, audits or contractor oversight.
How do you store our documents?
We create a fully organised digital folder structure for your business. All service reports, certificates, quotes and actions are stored securely with easy access whenever you need them.
What if our documentation is already disorganised?
That’s extremely common and it’s one of the main reasons companies choose us. We gather what you have, organise it properly, identify what’s missing and help bring everything back up to date.
Do you support emergency or out-of-hours callouts?
Yes. We can coordinate callouts both in and out of hours depending on the package you select.
Is there a long-term contract?
Our service operates on an annual agreement with automatic renewal unless notice is given in accordance with our terms. This keeps things simple and consistent.
Do you charge commission or mark-ups on contractor work?
There are no hidden or unexpected fees. Any commission or fee structure is agreed openly and transparently. Contractor costs remain clear and separate.
