Secure Correct was born from a simple realisation: too many businesses were being left vulnerable, not because their systems were faulty, but because nobody was truly managing everything that surrounded them.

Secure Correct began as a long-term dream, but it truly came to life the day I was servicing a fire alarm in a care home. When I asked the manager for the logbook, I saw the confusion and stress on her face, not because she didn’t care, but because nobody had ever given her the support or clarity she needed. She was responsible for fire safety without being trained for it, overwhelmed by paperwork, unsure what was required, and worried she was doing something wrong. I understood that feeling more than she realised; it took me years of hands-on work to become familiar with the legal requirements myself. That moment stayed with me. It made me realise how many businesses are left in the same position, trying their best, but without guidance. That’s why Secure Correct exists: to take that pressure away, to bring clarity where there is confusion, and to make fire & security compliance something people no longer have to fear or struggle through alone.
